Refund policy

NO Refunds or Exchanges

Damages and issues 
-Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Return the item in its original condition with the receipt, within 7 days of the delivery date. All items must be approved by management and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

-You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

-Items must be unworn and in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, accessories). 

-White Box is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
